Pictures of unreleased gold iPhone X finally revealed

United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has unveiled a document showing pictures of gold-colored iPhone X, which has not yet been released.

The published pictures of the unreleased color variant of iPhone X suggest that the particular color was either cancelled because the pictures are not new and are dated September last year or the phone will probably be released later on. According to CNBC, upcoming phones in the US require companies to file a document specifying the device with the FCC.

Given that the six-month confidentiality duration is now over, the FCC has made public the pictures submitted by Apple. The device has rich gold stainless steel frame along with a lighter gold glass back.

Why the product was never released remains unknown to the public. However, it might be safe to say that manufacturing issues might be a probable factor, The Verge reports. It is still unclear whether the company will still launch a gold iPhone X or not.

The news of the unreleased Apple product came just a few weeks after special edition of red iPhone 8 and 8 Plus hit the racks. At present, the iPhone X is available in two colors, Silver and Space Gray.
