Paul Pogba likely to leave Manchester Utd this summer
French International Paul Pogba will be allowed to leave Manchester United this summer, latest reports suggest.
The £89million Frenchman, 25, has either started on the bench or been hauled off in seven of his last 11 games for the Old Trafford club. The Daily Mail claims United boss Jose Mourinho has finally lost patience with his star man and will sanction the sale.
Academy graduate Pogba's return from Juventus was hailed as the spark that would see the club return to the top of the game.
But the midfielder has looked off the pace and, despite several brilliant performances, is not delivering what he was bought to provide.
Pogba's man-of-the-match performance against Manchester City was followed by a poor showing in a shock defeat to rock-bottom West Brom.
Since the turn of 2018, Mourinho has not been afraid to drop his star man for the likes of Scott McTominay, Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera.
And Pogba is in real danger of being benched again for the trip to Bournemouth on Wednesday, as well as Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham at Wembley.
