Conspiracy theorists say this old photo proves landing on moon was fake

Everyone knows about Neil Armstrong, the first human to step on moon in 1969. Years later, a picture is making many have second thoughts about whether the moon landing was fake or real.

Armstrong’s stepping on moon was a huge accomplishment for everyone. He was followed by 11 other men who stepped foot on moon. Though there had been few things that led some people to believe moon landing as fake, this time, hoax believers are bringing up an old archived photograph taken by an astronaut saying that it was all just a film set.

As BGR describes, the photograph taken is back from the Apollo 16 mission happened in 1972. The image shows astronaut John Young taking samples from the surface of the moon. The background consists of large boulders and small rocks with pale landscape. Though a quick look at the picture seems all fine but conspiracy theorists have gone more deep into the picture pointing out things.

Behind the astronaut’s head is a supposed ‘boulder’. The description of the picture states that the background consists of boulders as well as the Lunar Roving Vehicle. As per the theorists, there is something else as well. They claim that the lunar base is visible in the distance but, there is also someone standing by it who wasn’t supposed to be there.

A video uploaded on YouTube by ‘UFOmania’ suggests that those boulders are not rocks but rather ‘habitat building, spaceship and extra personnel’.

Moreover, where some people believe that the whole moon landing thing is staged and the images and videos were taken in a studio, another group of people assert that the Apollo 16 astronauts found evidence of alien life and instead of telling the world, the images taken were edited to remove that evidence and cover the whole thing up. The image taken might be showing one of these alien structures, reported Tech Times.
