Rules set in Mardan for hide collection

In pursuance of the decision of the provincial government of Pakhtunkhwa, the Deputy Commissioner Mardan has under section 144 CrPC has banned the use of laud speaker for collection of hides during Eidul Azha. The order issued by the Deputy Commissioner said nobody will be allowed to harass anybody in regard with collection of skins.
Charity organisation interested to undertake collection of hides / skins shall have to obtain NOC from the district administration, nobody will be allowed to coerce or force anyone to hand over the hide of their sacrificial animal. Anybody seen in act of corseting and harassment shall be punished under Section 188 CrPC, beside any other prevailing law. This order shall be operative during Ist to 10th day of Eidul Azha.
