Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) has decided to hold Skills Competition for the students of GCTs, GTTIs, GVTIs, GTTCs and ATCs from institute to provincial level and across the province of the Punjab twice a year. According to the details, the standard operating procedure issued on Sunday, it would provide an equal opportunity to the students of TEVTA Institutes to improve, enhance and display their technical skills at provincial level. The students would be required to prepare projects related to their respective technology, trades.
The competitions will be held at the premises of the institute whereas district level competitions will be held at the GCT of the concerned district. Zonal level competition will be organised at any major GCT of their concerned Zone. Provincial level competition will be held at Lahore. First two position holders of each technology at institute level will participate in district level competition. The prize winners of district level will take part in the zonal level competition. Top two projects finalised in different technologies will further participate at Punjab level competition.
