Central President of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Makhdoom Javed Hashmi said that appointment of chairman NAB is an outcome or bargaining (Muk-Muka) between the two major parties. However, masses have rejected this appointment describing it unfair.
Talking to newsmen here on Friday he asked: How can a corrupt person do accountability of other corrupt elements? He said though appointment of CoAS was a discretionary power of the Prime Minister but Nawaz Sharif should learn a lesson from the past when he had posted Pervez Musharraf as Chief of Army Staff. He said Pakistan should avail the chance of dialogue with Taliban and it should not yield to foreign pressure, adding that talk with Taliban was necessary for making Pakistan a peaceful country.
Javed Hashmi said United States and India would never like to hold dialogues with Taliban and become Pakistan a peaceful and prosperous state because both were involved in terrorist activities in Karachi, KP and Balochistan. He said present regime dropped the bombs of price hike on the 190 million people implementing the IMF conditions, adding those who were claiming to break the 'Kashkol', now had been holding begging bowls in both hands.
