ISE index rises by 12.34 points

Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 12.34 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,008.32 to 3,995.98 points. The overall turnover amounted to 7,700 shares as compared to previous volume of 8,000 shares.
Total 137 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (94) closed in positive territory, 43 closed in negative territory, whereas 0 company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Askari Bank Ltd (Right) was 5,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement Company Ltd was 2,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd was 500 shares.
