A third update for Windows Phone 8 will be coming in the next couple months, Microsoft has announced. The mobile operating system will be able to run on five to six-inch phablet displays and support full HD resolution (1080p). In addition, there are more tiles on the screen, the company said.
Also new is the so-called Driving Mode for more safety during driving, as drivers can set up which calls and messages can reach them and which should be answered automatically. The display rotation can also be deactivated in apps and apps can really be shut down. There will also be improved WiFi and Bluetooth functionality. Windows Phone users can suggest new features under or support already-posted ideas.
