A labourer was killed and several others injured as wall of a factory collapse due to explosion in a boiler. The fire brigade, police and officials of the industry department reached the spot and shifted the injured to a local hospital. Two of the injured were referred to Karachi's Jinnah hospital for their critical condition. According to rescue source, the incident took place in steel mill located in industrial area of Hub where explosion resulted in collapse of wall.
The labourers working at the scene were buried under the rubble. The rescue personnel pulled out the injured trapped under the debris and shifted them to nearby hospital.
