The Ambassador of Pakistan to Germany, Abdul Basit, said on Sunday that a German business delegation would visit Pakistan early next year. The envoy pointed out that this was for the first time that Pakistan-German Business Conference was organised in Berlin and Munich. He stated that a delegation of approximately 90 Pakistani companies had come here and more than 200 German companies also participated in the conference.
The Ambassador said that when businessmen and companies interacted with each other, one should usually expect positive results coming out of these.
He said that early next year, a German business delegation would visit Pakistan and hopefully this would be sustained in the months and years ahead. "The political will is there and now we are trying to create frameworks for more and more interaction among the businessmen," he added.
