ISE index gains 110.34 points

Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday, where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 110.34 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,252.04 to 4,362.38 points. The overall turnover amounted to 42,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 231,500 shares.
Total 138 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (89) closed in positive territory, 48 closed in negative territory, whereas one company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Silk Bank was 22,000 shares. The volume of NIB Bank was 20,000 shares. The volume of Wateen Telecom Ltd was 500 shares.
