Faisalabad Police arrested five alleged terrorists and foiled a plot to attack Central Jail Faisalabad to release their companions and attack Muharram Majalis and processions by the accused. CPO Faisalabad, Dr Ashraf, said that police raided a house situated on Jhang road and arrested five terrorists while three of their accomplices managed to flee.
The alleged terrorists were identified as Usman Jatt ( resident of Jamil Town, Ghulam Muhammadabad), Ali Azam Farooq Randhawa (Razabad), Mubashir Nadeem, (Chak Jhumra), Usman Saifullah (Raiwind Lahore) and Shahzad Ali Raj (Gurunanikpura). He said that police recovered bombs, explosives, arms, snatched motorcycles, mobile sims and poisonous injections from the possession of the accused.
