Amjad A. Khan after having taken over as MD National Engineering Services Pakistan Private Limited (Nespak) has set up a complaint and monitoring cell for the redressal of the genuine grievances of their clients and removal of misunderstandings and complaints.
According to the spokesperson of the Nespak the aimed to establish the cell is to ensure provision of quality services to its national and international clients, the cell is headed by a Senior General Manager of Nespak Mahmood A. Sulehri, who will directly report the clients' complaints to MD. This would enable clients to contact independently in case the issues are not resolved by project staff.
