ILC to be held in March: Raja Sarwar

An International Labour Conference (ILC) will be held in Lahore in mid of March next year under Punjab Labour and Human Resource Department in collaboration with International Labour Organisation (ILO). Delegates from all over the world, including South Asian Countries, SAARC Chamber of Commerce, representatives of intentional labour and employee organisations, labour experts, NGOs will participate in this international event.
This was disclosed by Punjab Labour and Human Resources Minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar while presiding a meeting on Friday to review the arrangements for the conference, disclosed an official. Members Provincial Assembly Saira Iftikhar, Hina Pervaiz Butt, Secretary Labour Captain Retd Muhammad Yousaf, Commissioner Social Security Farhan Aziz Khawaja, Vice Commissioner PESSI, Director Labour Headquarters Hasnaat Javed and other officers of concerned departments attended the meeting.
