PIA has introduced an additional direct flight from Pakistan to Toronto. The airline is now offering four flights a week to Toronto. The new fourth additional flight PK 797 operated by Boeing777 LR took off from Karachi via Lahore for Toronto on November 7. The passengers of the flight were seen off by PIA officials at Karachi and Lahore airports.
Managing Director PIA, Muhammad Junaid Yunus while sharing his views on the additional flight frequency to Toronto said that the airline is planning to increase frequency of its existing flights on profitable routes and introduce new destinations based on passengers demand and commercial viability. He said PIA is also increasing frequency of its flight operation to Kuala Lumpur commencing from November 26. The airline will have four flight frequencies in a week to Kuala Lumpur from Pakistan. PIA MD said that with the induction of newer aircraft in PIA fleet, the airline will be in a better position to offer additional destinations and more flight frequencies.
A large number of Pakistanis living in Toronto and other cities of Canada can now avail the fourth direct flight frequency with convenient timings. PIA now offers four direct flights a week for the sector Pakistan-Toronto-Pakistan from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with convenient timings.-PR
