Chairman Lahore Transport Company and Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister Khawaja Ahmed Hasaan has said that cleanliness campaign and anti-dengue awareness activities are continuing on priority and staff and machinery of Lahore Waste Management Company are fully mobilised in all areas under its control.
He said that due to effective steps of the Punjab government, dengue would soon be brought under control. Talking to participants of anti-dengue campaign, he said that promotion of public awareness about preventive measures against dengue is of vital importance and the campaign launched for this purpose is continuing vigorously. He further said that special attention is being paid to check under construction buildings and tyre shops for eradication of dengue.
