Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered transfers and postings of 19 District and Sessions Judges (DJs) with immediate effect. According to the notification issued here on Monday, Ghulam Mustafa G Memon has been transferred from Karachi (South) to Karachi (West) against the post lying vacant. Ahmed Saba from Anti-Encroachment Tribunal, Karachi to Karachi (South) vice Ghulam Mustafa G Memon transferred.
Javed Ahmed Keerio from Tando Allah Yar to Karachi (Central) against the post lying vacant. Imdad Hussian Khoso from Larkana to Hyderabad against the post lying vacant. Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar from Shikarpur to Shaheed Benazirabad, Iqbal Ahmed Khawaja from Tharparkar at Mithi to Nausheroferoze, Abdul Hameed Qureshi from Nausheroferoze to Khairpur against the post lying vacant, Amjad Ali Bohio from Jacobabad to Dadu.
Syed Saghar Hussain Zaidi, Presiding Officer, Labour Court Hyderabad transferred to Sanghar on his repatriation, Irshad Ali Shah, Judge Anti Corruption Larkana transferred to Larkana on his repatriation, Amjad Ali Kazi form Kashmore at Kandhkot to Shikarpur. Abdul Ghafoor Kalhoro from Shaheed Benazirabad to Kamber Shahdadkot. On the other hand Hyder Ali Abro, Presiding officer, Labour Court, Sukkur, was transferred to Kashmore at Kandhkot on his repatriation, Khalid Hussain Shahani from Ghotki to Jacobabad, Sikandar Ali Lashari from Matiari to Tharparkar at Mithi. Munir Ahmed Shaikh from Kamber Shahdadkot to Tando Allahyar, Mir Safdar Hussian Talpur, Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Hyderabad transferred to Matiari on his repatriation. Mehboob Ally Jawahery from Sanghar to Ghotki.
Besides in pursuance of the notification issued by Ministry of Law, Justice and Human Right, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court has ordered Ahmed Luqman Memon, District and Sessions Judge, Dadu (BPS-21) to join his new assignment as Judge of Special Court, (Central-I) Karachi with immediate effect.
