Keeping in view the religious parties' call for a countrywide protest on Friday against Rawalpindi carnage and worsening law and order situation, the Sindh Home Ministry has announced imposition of ban on pillion riding across the province including Karachi for next 24 hours. Formal notification has been issued imposing ban on dual riding across the province for a day on Friday, November 22.
The notification will be applicable from Thursday midnight till Friday midnight while old citizens, women, children, journalists and security officials would be exempted from the ban.
