The March vaida remained higher on the forward cottonseeds oilcake market due to persisting demand on Tuesday in the process of trading, dealers said. The March contract closed at Rs 1253.70 and it opened with a gain of 60 paisa at Rs 1254.30 in the morning session, they said. The May vaida commenced at Rs 1300.00 and it commenced at Rs 1301.00 showing Re.one rise, they said.
