ISE index up by 10.09 points

Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday, where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 10.09 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,627.13 to 4,637.22 points. The overall turnover amounted to 68,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 267,000 shares.
Total 144 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (64) closed in positive territory, 80 closed in negative territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 68,000 shares. The volume of Lafrage Pakistan Cement was 1,000 shares. The volume of Adamjee Insurance was 1,000 shares.
