The Lahore High Court here on Thursday issued notice to Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) for April 1, in response to a petition of cricketer Umar Akmal challenging cancellation of his driving license. On previous hearing, Justice Shahzada Mazhar had suspended a show-cause notice issued to Akmal by CTO and sought reply from the authority. However, the reply was not submitted yet and the court issued fresh notice to the CTO.
