The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the proceedings of missing persons' case and directed the Attorney General's office to arrange a meeting between Tasif Malik, who is detained in Lucky Marwat detention center, and his family. A three-member bench headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk resumed the hearing of the missing persons case.
During the course of proceedings, Additional Attorney General Shah Khawer submitted a report in the court about a missing person Tasif Malik. He apprised the court that Malik had been traced and shifted to Lucky Marwat detention center on March 5. The court directed the AAG to arrange a meeting between Malik and his family and submit a detailed report on the matter on March 20. The proceedings of the case were adjourned till March 20.
