The Lahore High Court (LHC) here on Thursday its reserved verdict on the maintainability of a petition questioning appointment of ad hoc judges in LHC.
Petitioner Rana Hamid, through his counsel, contended that under the constitution ad hoc judges could be appointed only after filling all the vacant seats in LHC.
