Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday checked Sindh government from imposing a ban on pillion riding and suspending mobile phone service in Karachi. A 2-member bench headed by Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar and Farooq Ali Channa on a constitutional petition of a citizen, Haji Gul Ahmed passed an order wherein the bench stated that Sindh government should impose ban on beheading, playing football with heads of beheaded bodies, torture on women and manslaughter.
