Declaration of Nasirabad as B-Area: Balochistan Assembly passes resolution

The lawmakers passed a resolution unanimously in the session of the Balochistan Assembly seeking Nasirabad district to be declared as B-Area. Speaker Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali presided over the assembly session held on Thursday.
MPAs including Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri, Mir Aamir Rind, Mir Asim Kurd and Kishore Bibi moved a joint resolution that reads that the Levies Force was merged in Police Force after the district Nasirabad was declared A-Area that created unrest among personnel of Levies Force deployed in the district. The resolution demanded of the provincial government to declare district Nasirabad as B-Area once again. The chair put the resolution to the House that passed it unanimously. Later, after completion of remaining proceedings, the House was adjourned till March 29.
