Javedan Corporation Limited organised Pakistan Day Celebration on March 23 at Naya Nazimabad Project in which allottees of Naya Nazimabad and special guests from all circles of life were invited. The celebration started with flag-raising ceremony and Dua for the progress of Pakistan. T20 match was also held between Central Depository Company and Summit Bank at Naya Nazimabad Lawai Cricket Stadium.
Participants enjoyed fun gala, kite-flying, Kiddi rides, variety show and live T-20 match between Pakistan and Australia. Arif Habib, Chairman, Javedan Corporation Limited said, "We have strong faith in Pakistan and its future. We are proud to be a part of this nation and are honoured to contribute towards its social and economic development."
He further briefed that the company launched Naya Nazimabad Project - a city within a city on November 20, 2011 after obtaining all the necessary approvals/NOC. It is a residential project, designed to provide secure and affordable housing for the progressive middle class. The project got an excellent market response.
Booking of bungalows as well as plots in all blocks were completed in a record short period. Despite challenges of varying nature faced by the city, company's recovery hovers around 86 percent, which is much higher than the norm and is reflective of the public's confidence in the project.
