police have constituted a team to bring General Pervez Musharraf (Retd) to court during the hearing of the ongoing treason case against him on 31st March 2014. The police team includes Senior Superintendent Mustansir Feroz and 3 Station Head Officers among others. The team will bring Musharraf to court on 31st March and if the former dictator refuses to show up, the team secures the right to arrest him.
The special court hearing the high-treason case had issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Musharraf which will be executed if he fails to appear before the court on March 31. Petitions filed by Musharraf have been dismissed by the special court and he is expected to be indicted on March 31.
