At least 23 mortar shells fired from Afghanistan landed into North Waziristan on Thursday. According to reports, the mortar shells landed into Ghulam Khan and Bagi Dar areas of North Waziristan. No casualties or loss of life was reported due to the targeted areas being uninhabited. Earlier last week, six mortar shells fired from Afghanistan fell into North Waziristan's Ghulam Khan area. No casualties or loss of life was reported.
