LUMHS organises workshop

One day workshop on "Leadership & Human Resources Management/Development" was held at LUMHS Jamshoro. The workshop was organised by Dr Pir Muhammad Ali Qureshi, Additional Registrar and Professor Muhammad Ashraf Khaskheli, Dean Basic Medical Sciences, who have recently acquired training at University of Nottingham, UK in collaboration with Higher Education Commission and British Council Pakistan.
35 participants including administrative officers and teaching faculty of LUMHS attended the workshop. Dr Pir Muhammad Ali delivered a presentation on Leadership & Management and its role in the organisation for effective decision making and a changing approach towards successful institutional/organisational operations.
He informed that in future such in-service trainings shall be continued for the human resource development of administrative and teaching faculty of this University. Professor Muhammad Ashraf Khaskheli briefed the participants about the structure of higher education and role & work of higher education funding control of England.
