Pakistan ready for England challenge: Usman Salahuddin
Pakistan’s middle order batsman Usman Salahuddin thinks that Sarfraz XI are ready to go toe to toe against England as they get familiar with the playing conditions.
In an interview after scoring impressive 69 against Leicestershire in the two-day warm-up game, Usman said, “We are now quite familiar with the playing conditions here, as we have been here for around over a month.”
“We have already played three warm-ups and a Test match against Ireland. Now we are quite use too of the conditions here,” said the right hander.
“It was bonus for us to play here against Leicestershire as playing condition here is quite similar to London’s,” he added.
It is worth to mention here that, Pakistan will play first of two Test matches against England at the home of cricket, Lord’s for May 24.
