Five easy drinks that can cure heatstroke
The whole country is burning up with heat and high temperature but the seaside of Pakistan especially is bearing the extreme heat wave. With the soaring temperature, frequent warnings of heatstroke are on the high rise.
In 2015, Pakistan witnessed many deaths by the epidemic of heatstroke and with the temperatures on the rise here are a few drinks that can cure this fatal problem.
But before heading to the remedies, here are some common symptoms that a person experiencing heatstroke may have:

- Raw Mango Juice
The first drink that can help a person suffering from heatstroke greatly is raw mango juice. This drink made with cooked down raw mangoes, spices and a lot of water is highly recommended when it comes to relieving the heat from the body.
- Tamarind Drink
Rich in multi vitamins, electrolytes and minerals, a tamarind drink is perfect for a dehydrated body. For making this drink, soak some tamarind in boiling water. Strain it and drink it with a pinch of sugar. This also helps in lowering your body temperature. - Yogurt drink (Lassi)
Common traditional yogurt drink commonly known as lassi is a good source of probiotics that helps in refilling your body with essential vitamins and minerals that may be lost due to excessive sweating.
- Coconut Water
