Deputy Inspector General, National Highways & Motorway Police (NH&MP) , N-5 North Zone, Muhammad Zubair Hashmi, said that Motorway Police is a remarkable institute of Pakistan who has introduced a disciplined traffic culture in the country. The officers of this department not only provide in time help to the road users in distress, but also educate the commuters about road safety rules & regulations.
While addressing to the briefing officers at Sangjani Toll Plaza here on Friday, he said that these briefing competitions are being held all over Motorway Police on the special directions of Inspector General, National Highways & Motorway Police, Zulifqar Ahmed Cheema to select the best briefing officers of the force and to create an enthusiasm amongst the officers of motorway police to serve and educate the commuters with a new passion. He further added that we are proud on our force which is not only popular in the country, but also abroad because of its excellent attitude and performance.
The cause of motorway police is very noble and I hope that the officers will prove their abilities and responsibilities. On the occasion, SP/Sector Commander N-5 North-I, Mian Saeed Ahmed, DSP Beat-04, Taxila, Iftikhar Ahmed and SO to DIG N-5 North, Syed Shabbair Abbas were also present and performed the duties of judges. At the end of competition, 03 best briefing officers of the zone were selected and awarded certificates and cash reward by DIG N-5 North.-PR
