National and international NGOs' experiences and counsels will be included in literacy projects to achieve 100 percent literacy rate in the province. According to the spokesperson of the literacy department, these views were expressed by Secretary Literacy Dr Pervez Ahmed Khan during one-day workshop on the topic "Proposed Programme design national consultation on the education agenda post 2015" organised with the collaboration of Bunyad Foundation.
Chairperson of Bunyad Foundation and Formal Minister for Welfare Ms Shaheen Atiq-ur-Rehman, Executive Council Member (ASPBAE) Dominic M D' Souza, Additional Secretary Nadeem Alam Butt delivered lectures regarding the elimination of illiteracy and enhancement of adult literacy in the province of Punjab. Ms Shaheen Atiq-ur-Rehman stated that there was only one solution to eradicate poverty and backwardness from the country and that was to educate every person and for which the learners from the age of 10 to 15 may be equipped with the blessing of knowledge. The orators stated that "we should adopt latest technologies and methodologies to achieve our desired targets in the field of literacy." They said NGO's and other donor agencies must be given an opportunity to participate their prestigious role to activate the academic fields.
