Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday pledged that progress in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province would be visible in next three months. Addressing a public meeting here, he said: "I promise that people will start noticing a visible change in the province." He also vowed to start development projects, including setting up of three degree colleges, in Abbottabad.
Accusing the PML-N government of compelling people to lead a miserable life, the PTI chief said: "The family limited politics of Sharifs has ruined the country because 22 members of Sharif family are sitting in National Assembly." Referring to his party's allegations of vote fraud, he said: "I introduced neutral umpires in cricket and will do it again in Pakistan for ensuring free, fair and transparent polls."
The PTI chief warned against attempts to cast multiple votes in the by-election, saying that anyone found guilty of casting more than one vote will be jailed. Announcing that Pattan Kalan would be given the status of a tehsil, he said that three degree colleges would be set up in the town.
