Terming the current visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to India as a new beginning in Indo-Pak relations, senior PML-N leader Mohammad Pervaiz Malik said on Monday that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's decision to attend the swearing-in of Indian Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi will help promote understanding between the two countries.
Through this visit, the premier has given loud and clear message that Islamabad wants peace for progress and prosperity of the people in the region, the PML-N leader said, adding, "Pakistan wants settlement of all outstanding disputes including Kashmir, through dialogue with India." He expressed optimism that composite dialogue between Pakistan and India will resume within a few months to settle all outstanding issues.
