The Meteorological department has forecast mainly hot and dry weather in most parts of the country today (Tuesday). However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar divisions. In its daily weather report, the Met Office said that during next 48 hours mainly hot & dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, light rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.
It said weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country on Monday. The hottest places in the country were: Sukkur, Turbat 47°C, Chhor, Sh Benazirabad, Moenjodaro, Lasbella, Padidan, Mithi 46°C and Dadu, Larkana, Rohri, Jaccobabad, Mirpur Khas 45°C.
