LDA City will be the beautiful and most modern housing scheme of the province for which most proper location has been selected. More than 1.25 Lacs Developed Plots, Residential & Commercial Buildings 50% Special Discount in Development Charges Payment of remaining 50% development charges in 2 years easy instalments.
Based on its vast experience, the Lahore Development Authority is developing LDA City Lahore through a public-private partnership. For the purpose, 5 development partners are aboard, selected solely on merit, who under the partnership deed with the Lahore Development Authority have started purchase of land in the notified area of Mauzas Kahna Kachha, Thay, Jheydo, Sidhar and Halloki. This land is completely safe and is being provided by the Development Partners to LDA in lieu of files. Initially, the Development Partners (DPs) of the Lahore Development Authority have been given the authority and responsibility to purchase 45,000 Kanal of land in proposed areas of LDA City, along the Ferozepur Road. This land will be provided under the agreement between LDA and the Development Partners undertaken on 28th September, 2013. Lahore Development Authority has established a special Directorate through which the transparent transfer of land and the transfer of files is being ensured through an IT secured computerised system.
DPs have formed a consortium to secure the land for LDA City in most safe and transparent manner. This consortium of the Development Partners is engaged in fast purchase of land and the sale of files. Up to this time, the Consortium of the development partners has handed over a total of 5000 Kanals of land to LDA. The allocation and booking of the exemption files is being carried out through a one-window operation by the Urban Developers (Chartered Town Planners).
