The Sheerazi brothers of Thatta in Sindh called on Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif here on Wednesday. The overall situation of the country and political issues were discussed in the meeting. The Chief Minister said that Pakistan was facing challenges like terrorism and energy crisis, however, the Pakistan Muslim League-N government was determined to cope with all these problems.
He said the country will be steered out of all problems under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and added that all political forces and entire nation will have to gather on one platform for this purpose. Shahbaz Sharif said the economic situation was improving due to measures taken by the government. He said that foreign investors have expressed full confidence in the PML-N government and a number of foreign companies were investing in Pakistan.
Shahbaz said that service to the masses and welfare of the people was the agenda of the PML-N. Those who met the Punjab Chief Minister included Member National Assembly Ayaz Ali Shah Sheerazi, Member Provincial Assembly Syed Ijaz Ali Shah Sheerazi, former MNA Syed Shafqat Hussain Shah Sheerazi and Vice President of PML-N Thatta Haji Hanif Memon.
