Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) has urged the government to supply uninterrupted power supply to the agricultural tube wells to save the agricultural sector. Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) Central Punjab President Noor Ellahi Tutla made this demand after a meeting of his wing here on Monday which was attended by the district presidents and general secretaries to discuss the issues faced by the growers.
Talking to media persons after the meeting, Noor Ellahi Tutla alleged that anti-farming policies of the government have brought this sector to the brink of destruction. Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) leader urged the government to provide uninterrupted power supply to the agricultural tube wells, ensuring provision of fertilizer or be ready to face reduction in production of cash crops. The meeting was attended by Aman Ullah Chattha, Farooque Ahmad, Ashfaq Dogar and others.
