A six-day teachers' training workshop organised by National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), concluded here on Monday. District Education Officer (Secondary) Riaz Khan Baloch attended the concluding session of the workshop and praised NCHD on the initiative to improve the teaching skills of teachers in accordance with the modern standards.
Teachers from Multan, Bahawalnagar and Khanewal districts attended the training workshop wherein they were informed of new ideas on staff capacity building and new concepts of teaching and training. These teachers should serve as master trainers to impart skills to their colleagues and make their training part of their professional life while imparting education to youth, Riaz Baloch said. District Manager NCHD Bahawalnagar Zia Ul Qadir, in charge of training Shagufta Parveen, DST Master Trainers Iram Rubab, Naeem Akhtar and district programme manager education Muhammad Asif Tarar were also present.
