Funeral prayers for martyred soldiers offered

Army said funeral prayers for two soldiers, who embraced martyrdom in a Taliban attack, were offered at Cantonment area in Bunnu district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday. According to Army's Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR), two jawans, Qaisar Bangash and Syed Rahman, were killed after a suicide bomber blew himself up near a check-post and hospital.
A large number of people, including top military officials and tribal elders, offered funeral prayers and paid tribute to martyrs. Later, their coffins were sent to Kohat, where they will be laid to rest with military honours.
