Farzana's murder case: Supreme Court adjourns hearing

The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned hearing of Farzana Bibi murder case, a pregnant woman who was stoned to death in the name of honour in the premises of LHC, for indefinite time. A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani heard a suo motu case on the murder of Farzana Bibi. During the course of proceedings, the investigation officer apprised the court that the police had not received any notice regarding the appearance of Farzana in the LHC and no security was demanded for her.
