Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali has been appointed as acting Chief Election Commissioner (CEC). Justice Jamali will take oath of his office on Thursday. Earlier, Justice Nasirul Mulk resigned as acting CEC after notification of his appointment as Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) was issued.
