Qatar Airlines will resume flight operations from Bacha Khan Airport in Peshawar from Thursday, a travel alert posted on its website said. Qatar Airlines has officially announced to restart its operations from July 3, after remaining suspended for a week in the wake of an attack on PIA 756 flight on June 25, which left a woman dead and other two crewmembers injured.
Officials of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) at Peshawar Airport also confirmed that Qatar Airlines has intimated to the authorities about starting its flight operations from July 3. They said that although other international airlines had not intimated their status as yet, they were likely to resume shortly.
