Skype is retiring older versions of its video chat software, meaning support for past versions of its Windows and Mac software will soon disappear, reports the Microsoft subsidiary. Users are recommended to update to the most recent version of Skype with free downloads. Versions to be phased out are 6.13 and earlier for Windows and version 6.14 and older for Mac.
