Annual election of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) for the year 2014-15 to elect managing committee members will be held on September 20, 2014 while election of office-bearers will be held on September 27, 2014. The annual general meeting of the chamber will be held on September 30, 2014.
The chamber will start issuing and receiving nomination papers from July14, 2014 and July 16, 2014 has been fixed as last date for submitting nomination papers. Last date for receiving objections to the nomination of the candidate is July 19, 2014. Final list of candidates will be displayed on September 6, 2014. Last date of withdrawing nomination papers is September 16, 2014. Poling for managing committee will start on September 20 at 10:00 am and will continue till 7:00 pm with a break from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for lunch and prayer. Last date of filing nomination papers for seat of office-bearers has been fixed as September 24, 2014. Election of President, Senior Vice President and Vice President will be held on September 27, 2014 and annual general meeting will be held on September 30, 2014.
