You can check to see which websites have been viewed recently with Apple's mobile Safari browser, but the command is well hidden and most iPhone and iPad users overlook it. To access it, hold down the backwards button, at the bottom left of the display. This should open a list of recently visited websites. There's no option to delete individual items: only the whole history can be expunged, reports German computer magazine Mac&i.
