MOSCOW: Igor Sechin, the head of Russian largest oil producer Rosneft, has met the Chinese Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan and discussed joint investment projects, Rosneft said on Wednesday.
It said that Zhong Shan has "expressed readiness" to support joint investment projects.
