Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali Thursday constituted a committee to ascertain facts and fix responsibility into the tragic drowning of picnickers at the Clifton beach. According to a police spokesman, the committee to be headed by the Additional IG Karachi will include DIG East, DIG South and SSP Security as its members. The committee will submit its report within 24 hours. The IGP has also suspended area SHO and removed DSP Darakshan.
