President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the prime minister, has approved the nomination of Justice Rooh-ul-Amin Khan and Justice Syed Afsar Shah of Peshawar High Court (DI Khan bench) for Appellate Tribunal. The judges will dispose of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officer rejecting/accepting nomination papers for bye-election to the Provincial Assembly Constituency No PK-68 DI Khan-V.
